For B. Sc. in Medical Technology the eligibility criteria are as follows :
Std. XII Pass with any two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Mathematics OR equivalent as decided by competent authority.
So no you do not need to have computer subject in class 12.

You have to register for JENPAUH 2018 Counselling through the official website and pay the counselling fee. Then, fill the required details and select the colleges as per your preference and availability of seats. You'll be called in for the counselling round and allotted a seat. You are then expected to complete the document verification process and report to the college that has been allotted to you and confirm the seat by payment of admission fee.

On an average the salary for a medical technologist is 20,000-25000.
