Hello aspirant. You should search for "forgot application number". There they will ask for other personal information you would have entered while applying, like your name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, etc. There you will get your application number. Take screenshot or copy the application number.

If you are entitled to any of the other categories, you must be able to prove your caste.

Hey Karla, With these marks there are fewer chances of being getting admission at NEET 2019 but you can still take admission to very good colleges. If possible first check the cut-offs of the government college in your state as there you can even get a seat under state quota
