To get seat under government quota, and get admission in mbbs you need to have your score 500+. You could still try for other courses other than mbbs like bhms, bams, nursing or any other. Or you could try in private college.

you really have the very low score there is no chances of getting the seat in the anyof the colleges like MBBSor the BAMs or BDS rather you better take a year break and give NEET again thats would be great or try other stream
