Hello!

SC category students need to have 40 percentile to clear the NEET examination. If you have 40 percentile, then you can apply for admission in private colleges. It is not possible with your score to get a government college. The college you get will depend on your rank.

The chances of you getting a seat in a Government College are very slim. But don't loose hope many colleges accept merit based admissions so you can pursue bachelors in Chemistry from there.
