As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With UR category and 454 marks, you might not get any government college through All India quota. But, you have high chances of getting decent government

If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a government medical college are mild.hopefully you might land up in a private medical college .If you have domicile of any state then it might help you in getting a seat in that state through state

ESIC Dental College, Gulbarga
Govt. Dental College & Research Institute, Bellary
