With this score the chances are less of getting MBBS. The cutoff for MBBS for SC/ST candidates remains around 300-350 in government colleges. You can try in private colleges. You have very less chance of getting any branch in government college. Better you can try for private college.

Being a physically handicapped candidate, if you have qualified NEET then you have to get yourself examined at one of the Disability Assessment Boards mentioned below:-

• VMMC medical college and Safdarjung hospital
• All India institute of physical medicine and rehabilitation, Hai Ali park, Mumbai
