According to the information provided by you,  you can apply in defence quota of Delhi or Army college of medical science , New Delhi.

If you want to apply in defence quota other than your domicile state then you need to change your ZSB to the state you want

If you want to get into a government medical college in delhi, Chandigarh, indore or Lucknow then you will have to apply via all India quota counselling. 

But let me tell you that you won't be able to get admission in Delhi with that score. Infact I would suggest

Hi Naveen!

There is some chance in the mop-up round from past year cut off in BLDE University - Bijapur or JSS Medical College and Hospital - Mysore. But cut off modifies per year for the increase in candidates, paper level, seat matrix, state. You may miss this year admission!
