Your score is too low for general category and the cutoff of government colleges is high in Uttar Pradesh. And this year the cutoff is also going to increase. So you don't have much chances of getting a seat. But you can opt for the private medical colleges.
As you belong to the BC category and also have a good score, you can get a seat in government medical college. Last year most of the colleges had cutoff less than your score in your category. This year cutoff may increase but still you have good chance
