Hi Megha,

This year there has been a great rise in cut off.

The rise can be around 30-40 marks hike than last year.

This happened because the paper was easy compared to earlier years and also the number of applicants is increasing everyday.

There is no exact cut off

See as per your Marks-430 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.
