One cannot tell accurately which college you can get. But one can tell the chances considering the previous year cutoffs. you mentioned that you belong to West Bengal having score 435 in SC category. Last year some colleges have cutoff less than your score you can try in

Congratulations on your results. For BC, getting into Medical or Dental self-financing colleges is quite impossible. Yet, you can try for private colleges.
For Bvsc, there is quite a possibilty of getting into good self financing colleges. Do not lose hope.
