As you mentioned,that you have secured 320 marks and are from sc category under west bengal state quota ;still your chances of getting a medical seat in government medical college are very less(if I'll consider last year's cutoff)

If you have a good NEET score, then you can apply for Tamil Nadu state counselling. DME has started offering applications for government quota seats on 7th of June. The last date to apply is 20th of June, 5 P.M. Having studied in CBSE doesn't matter in this

First of all, there is nothing as Government aided in Tamil nadu Medical counselling. Tamil Nadu Medical counselling proceeds as follows.
There are different type of seats for Medicine in Tamil Nadu.
1. Government Medical Colleges (23 colleges - 3250 seats)
2. Government quota seats of the Self-financing

As per guidelines, all the states allow outer state students to attend counselling and to take admission in private medical and dental colleges of that state.
But you can not take admission in government medical colleges of states other that your state.
