You can participate in Counselling. But as per your score, The chances are less to get a seat in All India Quota seats & State quota seats, You can try for the private colleges & Deemed universities.

Well with your marks and category, getting a MBBS college through AIQ as well as state quota is not at all possible. AIQ has high cut off this year and the same goes for sttae quota as well.

As per your score the chances are less to get a seat in All India Quota seats in UP Medical colleges but you can try for the state quota seats. If you mention your All India rank then I can help you better. You can also use

kgmc is in UP and vardhaman mahavir college is in delhi. if you are domicile of UP then you cant apply for delhi under 85% quota and vice versa. though you can go for 15% for the other state.

As far as state quota is concerned, you can get admission in the state quota seats of your domicile state only.

No student is allow to attend the counseling of other states for government seats and government quota seats in private colleges other that his or her own
