If you are from Tamilnadu & wish to take admission in Karnataka then You can take admission in Management quota seats of Karnataka Private Medical Colleges & Deemed Universities. Government seats you can apply only in Tamilnadu Medical Colleges.

The NEET minimum qualifying percentile for reserve category is 40th percentile with cutoff marks of 134-107. So yes you are definitely qualifying the exam. But it is difficult to tell you the chances of getting any seat in governmsnt medical college even under reserved category.
