As per your marks belonging to OBC category, I am sorry to say that you can not hope any government or private medical seats through both 15% All India Quota and 85% State Quota.

However, there might be some chances in private colleges but they demand a lot

Well predicting a rank like that in a state is a bit difficult because every year different number of students apply for state counseling and because of which the state ranks may differ.

According to NEET UG 2018 counselling, you have to score accordingly to secure a seat in government medical college. For this year the rank secured by the General Candidates to get an admission in Medical colleges is 8281, whereas the marks secured by the candidates is 546 out of 720.

You havent mentioned your Category and the name of the college. There are 6 Government Medical Colleges in Kolkatta. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories in Kolkatta Colleges have been as follows:
General Category: 479
OBC-A: 478
