526 marks is quite good.You will get a seat in govt medical colleges in west Bengal. You may not get Medical College and Hospital ,Kolkata.But district colleges of Bankura,Burdwan,Medinipur ,Maldah can be achieved. Other colleges of kolkata like RG Kar, NRS ,ESI etc can be got.

You have scored low so getting a government medical College is not possible for you though you have chances of getting private self funded colleges where you can get medical seat. This year cutoff has increased so rank matters most not marks.
