As you have mentioned that you have scored 363 marks with 169000 AIR. As you belong to OBC category you have a benefit of it. According to last year's cutoff you can get a seat in government medical colleges in few colleges. The colleges are:

According to the cut off sorry to say but you don't have chances to get a govt. medical college in MCC 15% AIQ Counselling.As the minimum marks required by the SC Category to get admission in govt. medical college is above 400.

According to the last year cut off your chances of getting a govt. medical collges are negligible.With this score you can get a private college in AP as there cut off was 380+ for SC.

Getting any government college seat in government medical colleges through AIQ as well as state quota might not be possible.

As far as private colleges are concerned, there you may get a chance but for the management seats
