There are many government colleges in silvassa as you have not mentioned the name of the college you are  asking about . I assume that you want to know about the the SSR imr College and the fee structure of that college for MBA is as follows;

in mop up round there is manual allottment of seats , given to candidates on the basis of ranks and their physical presence in the round. why will there be any consultation with students? there is no such thing.its strictly on the basis of your rank and avaibility
