It will be difficult to tell us the exact thing because cut off varies from year to year depending on category home state etc 

However, 550+ is needed for getting a good government college and your brother chances are very low to get a government college

yes she's eligible for private colleges depending on the state. she might get a seat through management quota as in that case her rank wont matter much ,just she would need to qualify neet.

Youhave scored good but you have less chances of getting government colleges. As you have mentioned about private colleges then these are Some of the good colleges you can get 

1. Azeezia medical College meeyannoor. Previous year cutoff was 481.

Well that is a pretty good rank. Through AIQ, you will get a college but that will be the not the top ones but through state quota you have chances of getting better college as seats are reserved for state domiciled students.

Yes, you are eligible for the seat in government medical college. But, it will be better if you apply through State counselling as it has its 85 per cent seats available for state domicile students. But if you apply under 15 AI quota there are like slim chances

As per 2019 qualifying cutoff for ST category, this score is not enough to qualify the Exam, The chances are very less to get admission in any of the medical college. I would suggest you to prepare the Exam again.

Sorry but getting a seat under aiq in Karnataka with this score is quite tough as the cutoff for aiq goes 500+ for approximately every state. The better your scores are the better are your chances of getting a govt medical college.
