Well by payment seat, I am assuming that you.mean management quota seats. Well then for that the cut off goes low because the fees is high.

As per your rank, you might have chances to get admission in private medical colleges and can also get deemed universities.

With this rank and OBC category, you have a chance of getting admission in Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College.
You also might have a chance of getting a seat in Government Medical College in Jalaun and Kannauj, though chances are less for them.

With 442 marks in the NEET exam, chances seem to be difficult of getting a seat in government medical colleges. You might admission in private medical colleges.
Admission also depends on Category also, so please specify it too.
If you are from UR category, then getting a seat in any government medical college with 41368 rank is not possible, since their closing ranks are mostly around 15k.

If you are from UR category then with 36152 rank, its not possible to get any government college in UP.

You have a bit low score to get a seat in government medical colleges, if you belong to general category. Generally, the cutoffs under state quota for Kerala MBBS Medical colleges goes over 500 marks. You can try in wholly private or self financing private colleges.
