Getting nearly 450 marks in NEET the colleges you will get depends upon lots of factor,
especially what will be your Rank. If I say in NEET 2017 48000+. This rank is only an idea about the approx rank you will get, but not way to be taken

since result are not out we are predicting this year cut off according to previous year. you might get govt medical college in karnataka with 404 marks belongign to obc category under state quota. as per previous year the minimum cut off for obc under state quota was 338

If you do not have a domicile for Assam, you cannot apply to Assam colleges through State Counseling. State counsellings require that you have their domicile. The only way you can get admission in Assam is via All India Quota.
