Considering previous year cuttoff of NEET,you seems not elligible for government medical college through state and OBC QUOTA.You need 460+ for government medical college.Also chance of getting private Medical College for MBBS seems less.

You have not mentioned which category you belong to  or your region. With 520 marks, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. But, if your category is general, then there would be a tough competition only.

Colleges is totally depend on the marks you got and the rank. Different states have their own criteria for seats to allote. Under state quota the 85 percent reservation for state students and under all india quota the 15 seats for the other state students.
