Sorry to disappoint you but there is no gym facility in the RIMS Imphal. RIMS is considered to be on of the best colleges and completely academic. But there is a playground where you can keep your body fit and healthy.

Non Creamy layer obc certificate validity is One year from the issuing date from the respective competent authority, while normal OBC certificate is valid for lifetime. 

Nowadays, most of the exams (JEE/NEET) counselling includes documents verification which demands for Non creamy layer obc certificate.
