Sorry to disappoint you but the last rank to get admission in veterinary college was 301707 in the reserved category last year.

So chances of you getting a seat for the same are unlikely or very less under general category. Also, some states conduct their own entrance exam for veterinary

As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have almost no chance for the government medical college in west bengal for general category and obc category under the state quota benefit also.
