In 2018, under State Quota Maharaja Agrasen Medical College gave seat to BC: A for 523 marks. So it is a close call with a score of 535. Having said that cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for

Between 335to350 can I expect B CATEGORY SEAT in A P and Telangana

I'm sorry to disappoint you but with marks around 350, you cannot get a government medical college seat in AP or Telangana,  even with a B Category quota. 

However, marks around 420- 450 can get you a seat for the same. Although, you can try applying for counselling in private

Hey there

Your rank is good but Tamilnadu is a State of higher cutoff so you will not get any government medical Colleges in Tamil Nadu in obc category. Previous year cutoff for various colleges in Tamilnadu is listed in in the link provided below

To give FMGE you have to be eligible in the list of universities published in medical council of India. TCM is actually a broad term as it covers many universities under it , therefore you might check your university name in the list provided by the medical council
