You didn't mention your category, so I am assuming you from general Category. 

If you are from general category,  then  with 450 marks,  you will not get a seat in Government Medical College, for example last year lowest marks that fetched a seat under state quota for general

As in almost all the states have two different quota for the seats in government medical colleges viz. State quota benefit and all india quota.

Under the all India quota there is reserved seat for the aspirants applying through india and 85 percent seats as for the state

If you look for government colleges in 350 marks it was around impossible to get . So I suggest you to start finding something else .

With also any reservations you need at least upto 450 marks to get the govt colleges for the mbbs ,and if you score nearly 360 it was somewhat impossible or very difficult to get the government college.so find any alternative.
