Hello Ayush. In order to get the ews scholarship, it is compulsary to submit all the documents related to it. So if your certificate itself is not approved, they might cancel your registration as the documents submission is a very crucial step. So get it approved asap.

More than 300 seats per year are available for MD/MS/DNB in various specialities in AFMC. For this you have to appear in NEET PG and qualify. You can join AFMC for PG after MBBS.

Yes there is a pretty good chance for you to get admission in any private college of Banglore.
With this score there is a good chance that you might get admission in government medical college in banglore though state quota.

Soory to say but you cannot get admission in govt medical College in Karnataka at this score. According to the last year cut off, 368 was the minimum marks required for open seats,
For All India Quota seats, the minimum marks required was around 542 and for state quota
