200-250 marks are low marks through which you might not get governement college but you can get private medical college or may be dental college. ypu may get private medical colleges in state like up. however you can predict college on the basis of neet score by visiting

firstly i want you to know that you can apply for grant medical college only through aiq counselling and not through state quota since you belong to UP and not maharashtra.
in 2018, under obc category, cut off aiq rank through aiq counselling was around 1122.https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra-
with 250 score admission any private college and deemed universities in any state.
