The cutoff of NEET PMCH for OBC in 2019 is 34th percentile. Test takers who are able to score more than 34th percentile in their NEET PMCH examination under OBC category will be eligible to get admission in their desired colleges.

Yes you can go to mop up round without original certificate.Wheras i am afraid you need it during the admission if you get alloted to other college
