hello, you have got a really high score. if we go by previous year ranking, your marks would fetch you a top rank below 500 at least which is more than enough to get you into a govt.medical college anywhere in the country even in Delhi. all the best.

Considering the previous years cutoff ranks and round one closing rank of 2019  , the highest rank to secure seat was 54840 in Govt medical college, Nagpur.

It started that you have probability of getting seat in one of the top 10 medical colleges , it's better

I got around 370 and have gotten into AJ through tulu quota,but every year the competition is expected to increase so you'll need to get marks close to 400.

In paramedical some courses are listed below along with their fees structure.

Bachelor of Optometry 4 years 5.24 lakhs

Bachelor of Physiotherapy 4 years 5 lakhs

B.MLT 4 yrs 4.8 lakhs

All these fee structure are of Paramedical College Durgapur. As you have not mentioned for which state which college

Yes he can apply in TNAU entrance exam. University education is in English so while in study you will not face any problem. Also it is better if you know little Tamil as for a place, if you know language it will help you a lot.

Cut off means a student should score atleast 84.33%  to get admission. You have 85 for which you are eligible.

Now it depends on seats. Suppose 50 seats and above cut off there are 55 students who applied not who's score is more and checking other different parameters colleges publish
