As the cutoff for neet Tamilnadu are high. so you won't get any government medical Colleges in Tamilnadu neither any any dental colleges. Please check previous year cutoff of neet Tamilnadu

SORRY but I think it is not possible to get admissions in Gov College as the Lowest cutoff of Gov. COLLEGE in SC category is 457 Marks i.e. of Gov. Medical College in Dungarpur.
But you can get admission in near by private Colleges
