government colleges have more or less the same fees. coimbatore medical college is a better college than esic as it has higher cut offs. both have the almost the same fees structure. esic hospitals are medical colleges which admits students with ip certificates (50%) and state quota (30%).

Usually the fee charges are more in Private Medical Institutes rather than Government Medical Institutes. At the end your NEET score or rank matters as per your category.
