If you're obtaining a diploma or a certificate course from a college you might have to attend a few classes but mostly the colleges don't conduct classes for diploma students because they last only for a short period of time.

No you should show your TC for certificate verification process.

If you are joining in other college then tell your degree college about it submit a letter they will give you tc you can attend verification process else show a letter from your degree college to authorities
