Dear Sunanda, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 469
OBC: 429

If you are changing stream than around 2.5% will be deducted from your best four percentage if you are taking admission in any college of Delhi University. This is a guideline of Delhi University and all the colleges have to follow it.

If you want seat in karnataka, tsmil nadu, west bengal and guahati under15% All India Quota, you should atleast get 530+ for all the categories.
