According to my research,I could not see BCD category in the state quota reservation. Therefore I assume you belong to the OBC category. Well,for this category the cutoff for 85% state quota seats is above 350. Let me give you some good college options in Tamilnadu:

according to last year statistics, you wont be able to get a seat in mysore medical college if you are an UR candidate. however, there are other medical colleges where you can think about getting a seat. check the site.

Well first congrats on your rank. Well i guess yes you could have admission in college but only those which come under ipu, as the rank was of ipu enterance. Just find a college under ipu whose admission criteria you full fill and whose cutt off you clear.
