i think you should go for mmc as it is ranked 15th while bmcri is ranked 17th in medicine. however there is no facilities of boys and girls hostel, auditorium and wifi in mmc.

with 270 marks in neet 2019 i dont think you can get government seat for mbbs in karnataka. however you can get government seat for dental colleges with this score. i am saying this by analysing previous year cut off of karnataka colleges which is 270+ for state quota
