503/720 is a nice score. Well last year the candidate with minimum marks of obc category that got admission into Bangalore medical College was 450. So I guess that you would be able to get admission in there.

Yes you are eligible for MP state quota counselling if you have passed your 12th class from MP. But one more thing if you are looking for reservation then there is a condition for this. 

The caste to which you belongs to must come under SC category

Last year the cutoff of Dr. SN medical college under state quota for general candidates was 580 marks. The cutoff do varies every year but not much. I think you do have some chance of getting a seat with this rank. Though you have not mentioned your score.

as per the previous year cutoff, if you want to take admission in governemnt college you need to score around 420+, 400+ for obc category,

if you want to take admission in semi government college 400+ cutoff for general category, 360+ for obc category.
