Well i guess you can have PharmD. You could try for it in a private college. Choose 4 to 5 private colleges whose eligibility criteria you satisfy and then select the best one for you and apply for admission. A private college pharmD won't be that tough to

It depends on how much you have scored and what is your category and from which state you belong to .If you belong to punjab then its your home state and you can get college through 85% state quota counselling .
But if you belong to other state
As per your requirement, i would say that as Candidates taking PU CET are qualified if they score minimum 15% marks (for general) and 10% marks (for reserved) in written entrance exam. however candidates are offered admission after preparation of final medical list which is prepared by giving 75%
