Hello,

Government of India has released the notice regarding EWS category only in January 2019. They also ordered for EWS reservation that is 10% reservation quota in institutes from this academic year. In order to implement this there might be increment in seats.

Yes you can get medical govenment college with 390 marks as you belong to ST so it's your benifit. One of my friend is also persuing mbbs with just 365 marks in Bhopal you can also get with state/home quota.

42% seats of Karnatak private medical colleges

i) General Merit - Private seats (GMP): 50% of the above 42% seats.

ii) Open seats (OPN): The remaining 50% of the above 42%

No student if you did your class 12 from odisha then you are eligible only for odisha. You're not eligible for both the state.
