Yes it is necessary to have a Residential certificate form that particular state ,if u want to use the benefits of state quota.Because Any migrants can come and study over there can not clame to be a residential of telangana

Dear Aastha, you havent mentioned under what Category you have been alloted a seat in Round 2. If you were allotted in any other Category like OBC,SC,ST, you cannot avail EWS Category reservation. But if you have been allotted a sest under General Category and you are eligible for EWS
