You have a good score. But as you said that you belong to Jharkhand State , it is the state with few government colleges and high cutoffs. As far as previous years data is concerned , it is difficult to get a government MBBS seat in Jharkhand.

Unfortunately no, you can't get government seat. Because to get a government seat in OBC category you have to score probably 580-600. Or else you may buy a seat in any private institute.
