Definitely NEET qualify is required for admission to government colleges and private colleges in India.Also if you think of studying medicine abroad then also you need to qualify.

As I see from the last year cutoffs, Doon Medical College had a cut off of 552  for All India students of Open Category. Cut offs vary but I would say that you do have a very good chance of getting through.
