As per last year's least marks to secure a seat in government college was 457 marks in government medical College , Dungarpur according to which your marks are too less to get a seat in government college for MBBS .You can apply for deemed Universities to be on safer

432 is a good score. You might have really worked hard for this. Congratulations! 

And for private college the criteria is to clear the neet cut off and with a decent rank, they give you admission. So you can expect admission in private college.

As you know that Tamil Nadu has highest cutoff .You haven't mentioned your category either I would say that your marks are not enough to get a MBBS college in Chennai assuming you belong to unreserved category as  talking about last year least marks to secure a seat
