Hi there!

I would like to tell you that in today's scenario B.E. and B.Tech degrees in India are almost considered equal to one another. 

B.E. and B.Tech courses offered by various engineering colleges in India have more or less the similar curriculum irrespective of the course offered(B.E. or B.Tech).

Dear Gaurav, in 2018, under State Quota 429 marks secured a seat in Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College in OBC  Category. Considering that, 510 is a good score. You can het a seat there. Having said this, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like

Both BC-a and BC-b belong to same caste backward class but different sub caste. Both these different sub caste(BC-A and BC-B) differ in terms of reservation percentage. BC-A has less reservation when compared to BC-B.
