Cut offs for MBBS and BDS for OBC category ranges from around 500 for MBBS to around 400+ for BDS.
So according to previous year results you won't be able to get any college with this score.

Dear candidate,

Yes you can grab seat in colleges of gujarat. For the government medical colleges there is 15 percent quota for all india candidates. And even for private colleges they have their own criteria for selecting candidates and Most probably private colleges intakes more students from other state.
