As you are kerala domicle candidate with home state quota there are chances for you to get a seat in some government medical college with this score there. But the chances are not that much high. 

On the other hand you may get some good private college definitely

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 458 , it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of minimum 490 was required to fetch one a seat

As per the LAST year Neet Notice ONLY neet eligible students are eligible for BAMS AND BHMS COURSES.
FURTHER FOR BAMS AS PER LAST YEAR THE CUTOFF FOR GOVT COLLEGES WERE ABOVE 390 MARKS. AND FOR PRIVATE COLLEGE IS VARIED FROM 320 TO 350.
