To be frank,If you belong to UR or you dont have special quota then you dont stand a chance of a government medical college in both AIQ and state counselling.

Hello Student,

Sorry to say but The cutoffs of kerela are very high enough, mostly above 550. So, you will not be able to get a seat of MBBS in government medical college even if you have state quota of kerela.

I would suggest you to look for other colleges

For admission in bams through neet, you must check for the neet cut offs.
For general category, neet cut off percentile is 50th and marks between 701-134 . Hence minimum marks are 134 marks for clearing neet.

At 400 marks in sc category you have very low chance of gettin seat in govt medical colleges of delhi
Because the competetion for medical colleges in delhi is very tough and last year the seats were packed at a rank of  417 in du internal counselling.
