456 is a nice score. Go through previous year's cut off for the required college and see if your marks and ranking lies in the range on the basis of which they took admission last year. Expect a rise in that. And fee structure can only be given correctly

With 80 marks did you mean it in percentage? Then you have not mentioned course and college. There are many colleges that offer many courses of biological field. Wherever you go the minimum eligibility will be clearing the previous course with atleast 50% or 60%. Also admission depends on
