Dear Nihal, CENTAC is the centralised admission committee run by the Government of Puducherry. It is a Common Online Admission Portal to all colleges in Union Territory of Puducherry. There are various UG/Diploma/PG courses for Arts and Science students. You can check their infornation at:

1) NEET admit card

2) NEET rank letter

3) date of birth proof

4) class 10th pass certificate

5) class 12th pass certificate

6) class 12th marksheet

7) 8 passport size photos,it should be same as the one used in application

For you to be eligible to attend NEET Counselling, you need to fulfill the academic eligibility criteria atleast by the time of admission. Now that the results have come, if you have passed the examination, you still have a chance to apply for All India Mop Up Round Counselling because

did you try logging in to your account and changing this detail? they usually give another chance to make corrections but most probably once its done ,it cant be changed.but first thing that you need to do is open the dashboard and see if its changing.
