You didn't mentioned the name if the college you're interested into else I would have given you exact cutoffs for every category in the college. You can get admission into private medical colleges easily as their cutoffs are lower than that of government ones. Though this depends upon the rank

It would be difficult to tell you your exact chances as cutoffs vary from year to year depending on various factors like no. of candidates appearing for the exam, no. of seats available, difficulty of the exam and the top NEET scores. Government Medical Seat chances are tough.

Dear Shardendu, Ex servicemen quota is not a vertical reservation. It is a horizontal reservation applied within the Candidate's Category. In 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 469
OBC: 429
SC: 372
ST: 169

 The reappear in examination for Improvement, scheme or exam rules change from state to state. 

Such details are not very clear on the GSEB.

There is a possibility that you might be asked to sign a letter stating you wont enroll for higher studies.

fees for all the students in self financing colleges is same , category and marks doesn't give you any concession here. whatever college you get , the fees for all of you will be same. now you have to find out what is the fees of the college.
