Hi guhapriya,

Well you can attend the counseling for private medical colleges of any state but not for government college seats of any other state other than your domicile state.

With your marks you can apply to other states for private counselling and you may get a seat.

Yes, indeed cornea is a protein layer. It is composed of highly organized groups of cells and proteins. Though it is transparent and doesn't look like it has proteins, but indeed it is formed of these long peptide chains, although it lacks blood vessels unlike other tissues.
